We recently posted a picture of a delightfully creamy avocado pudding, that caught the eyes of our awesome followers. So we would like to present this quick and easy recipe so that you can make your own Cacao, avocado pudding at home. This recipe is Raw Vegan friendly. Serving size || 1 large servings, or 2 small servings Add following ingredients to blender: Avocado1 medium avocad 1 1/2 BananaAdd 1 medium banana to blender. Keep 1/2 banana for garnish. Cacao Powder1/4th cup of Raw Cacao Powder (Coco powder can be substituted if keeping it 100% raw isn't a concern. Sweetener1 1/2 TBLSP of raw agave nectar, or to taste, Medjool date Vanilla Flavor1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract (optional), use vanilla bea SaltA dash of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt Blend Until SmoothBlend all until creamy. GarnishSlice the 1/2 banana on top of pudding. Add cacao nibs, hemp seeds, oatmeal, or anything other toppings you desire to your pudding. Some of kids like to add sliced strawberries or crush walnuts as toppings. Nutritional ValueAvocados are a good source of B vitamins which help you to fight off disease and infection. They also contain vitamin c & e, and fiber, which helps you to feel full longer. Avocados are high in mono unsaturated fat, which is a good fat that lowers cholesterol. This fat is heart healthy fat. Hemp seeds are high in fiber, protein, potassium, and they are a good source of iron. Cacao nibs Banana are high in calcium, iron, and magnesium.
